Mary-Lynn has been around real estate most of her life, accompanying her parents on appointments since elementary school, she grew to know the business at an early age. Real estate was never much of a choice, it was just always a part of her life. While she was in college at UNC Chapel Hill studying for her degrees in Interpersonal Communication and American History, she got her real estate license during summer break so she could assist her parents with showings when necessary. 

After graduation, Mary-Lynn became the Marketing Director for her parents real estate team. She also pursued her drone pilot's license so that she could drone all of the listings that needed aerial footage (we try to drone almost every listing!) She handles all of the social media, marketing, website, and internet presence for the team as well as Matterport 3D Virtual Tours, Photo Editing, and Aerial Photography for our listings. 

When Mary-Lynn isn't on her computer, you can find her walking her dogs with her husband, playing tennis, paddle boarding,  somewhere outside, or shopping...
