I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and Laura in 2009; our house had been on the market for 6 months with another realtor and had no activity, within one month our house was sold. We put our house on the market the end of 2014 with the intention that it is the Holiday’s and we may not have any activity – our house was shown within 24 hours and it was sold a few days later. It was time to move and the holidays were among us and we wanted to spend Christmas in our new house, needless to say it was a smooth transaction and we got to spend Christmas in our new home. When it is time to sale/purchase this duo-team is the best around!

We’ve known Eddie and Laura for several years. They have assisted us, both with selling and buying. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and they work innumerable hours in caring for and working with their clients. They embody all of the necessary traits to excel in their industry, but they possess at least two traits that firmly separate them from the competition: 1) They are brutally honest realists. They always have their clients’ best interests at heart and they will strongly caution against performing any transaction that they consider to be unwise for their client, even if that means they (Eddie and Laura) walk away from the deal and forfeit any hope at commission. 2) The advantages of their being a husband/wife team is immeasurable. Because they are married to each other and are both involved in the same business, on the same mission, with all the same interests, it allows them to be an incredibly efficient, well-oiled machine. They each have defined roles that complement each other perfectly, but their expertise is so broad that they can easily step in to assist the other with whatever needs to be done to meet their clients’ needs. They are a terrific tandem, a dynamic duo which, quite simply, allows their clients’ dollar to go a lot farther.
